MySQL server address HELP :S

Hi. Well blog requires this info
MySQL server address:
MySQL database:
MySQL username:
MySQL password:
and so on... I like know everything, but MySQL server address.... I tried like everything i could think of and i always get Error while trying to connect to the database! Go back and fix it! I have no idea what to do! What should I put in the MySQL server address? so it will work??? Thanx

now i tried different blog with localhost as mysql server adress, and i got this:

Can’t select database

 We were able to connect to the database server (which means your username and password is okay) but not able to select the rinnerz_tipsy database.
Are you sure it exists?
