You're missing the 500mb in use requirement; the last advocate who replied to your other ticket didn't have a way to view disk space so they were unaware of this or they'dve mentioned that too. The way the rule got written is that 500+mb needs to be in use; you're at 323mb.

Thank you for the reply. I will let my site reach the 500mb. I will not intentionally put some stuff there to reach the requirement and when I reach that, I will request again.
