Allow me to quote a few things from our Terms of Service:

* File Hosting Every file on your site must have to do with the website you put up, we are not a file storage service and we strictly prohibit scripts such as torrentflux or rapidleech.
* File Storage: Accounts are not to be used for file storage, your account will be permenantly suspended if found to be breaking this rule. Downloads are only allowed on your x10Hosting account if they have to do directly with your website. e.g. you developed custom software and are selling it or giving it away. Accounts may not be used for mirrors, game file hosting, or any other type of file hosting not specified here.

Your account was nothing BUT a file host, there was no website to speak of, only an index listing of directories.

* Illegal Material: This includes copyrighted works, commercial audio, video, or music files, and any material in violation of any Federal, State, or Local regulation. You may not store copyrighted Mp3s or videos on your webspace in any way shape or form.

K&R's The C Programming Language is a copyrighted book, yet you had a pdf of it available on your site for easy download. I'm sure you had other similarly copyrighted material on your site.

Both of these net you what we like to call a "Zero Tolerance" suspension, in that we completely revoke access to your hosting account and there is no way to get it unsuspended again. Your warning was our Terms of Service, which you agreed to upon signup, and have managed to blatantly disregard for months. As such, you will receive no second chances. Per sections 6 and 8 of our Terms of Service, all access to your account will be permanently revoked and no backups will be provided of your account's files or databases. Your account will be automatically deleted after 14 days.
