What is going on with the server errors?

Are the servers running slow/down? I'm getting server errors when connecting to my website, and I do believe it can be me, but I would like confirmation. Can you help me?

I can access your site fine - if you still see server error please clear your cache and/or flush your DNS.

When I visit your website I can see a PHP error stating that the required file '/home/uplusion/public_html/admin/sources/base/ipsRegistry.php' does not exist. This is not in the control of x10Hosting and it is up to you to fix it.
