can't creat site

I registered in x10hosting, registered site domain sitename.x10.mx then went to cPanel Softaculous and install cms yestarday. But in sitename.x10.mx has message

To delete the 'welcome to x10hosting' message, please delete/rename the file in public_html named 'index.html' and upload your own files.
