Main domain name change did not work

i have a purchased .com domain name that i set up to use as the MAIN domain name with this free hosting instead of the standard subdomain (.x10.mx) using this guide: here
but now when i got to the domain, it shows me an error page.
here it is if you can help.

There is no account linked to your forum account - have you actually created your account?

If so, then please create a new support ticket from the forum account that is linked to your hosting account.

If not, then you will have to sign up with a normal subdomain (.x10.mx) and then change it later from within your Account Information Panel.
