Creating database

I need to create a database. What is the host name? My TNG software asks:

Host Name:
Database Name:
Database Username:
Database Password:

Establish database connection:
(Notes: If you don't know this information, ask your web host. They may want you to create the database yourself, but they can show you how. If you're going to be using UTF-8 data, take note to choose the appropriate collation when creating your database.)

The host name is localhost and you can create the relevant MySQL database/user from your cPanel.
