Disc space usage

Hi,

I am a legitimate user with a website and forum hosted with your service. I try to avoid uploading files unless they are integral to the site, but I exceeded the 1Gb limit before the new disk space usage policy came in. Since then, I have been unable to upload images.

Could you please extend my disc limit,

Main question I need to ask first is there's a really funky file named zixuB7Vk in the root of your site which is 1gb on its own; what in the heck is this file (if you know)? Cause that's a big chunk of what's using up the space, about 600mb more is tied in with the wordpress backup plugin.
