    Complaints regarding server error

    Since three days there have been 100 complaints regarding server error. Till date not a single one might be solved. Not due to community members/super members but just due to x10hosting paid staff.

    It is not just my problem but forum suggests it is everybody's problem.

    My hosting account is stuck for more than 72 hours but no solution:
    Server Error There has been a server error.

    I know you are providing these services for free but we are also not taking advantage of it. I am just trying to put up my personal site not commercial site. But more than 72 hours is taking me no where.

    We know that it is a widespread problem on lotus. I have been personally working with Corey the past few days to isolate the issue, but so far everything we have tried has not given us any information on what is going wrong or how to fix it. Please be patient while we continue investigating what is going wrong.

    There should not be any issues with stoli accounts, however. What makes you think the issue is with stoli?

    correction it is lotus only. Atleast reply we are working on it so we get confidence that somebody is looking into it.

    problem is that when it too went scratching in it, there are some problems when creating add on domain it does not add subdomain correctly into account due to which it does show correct ip after editing with dns zone editor still it does not help much.

    How can i change / shift my lotus server.

    I'm happy to say that the issue has been located and fixed, so there shouldn't be any more server errors cropping up on lotus (newly created accounts may still experience a server error page for up to 15 minutes from the time the account is created)
