Lost web hosting account

Hi,
I have been checking http://status.x10hosting.com/ to see if my webhosting [sandipji.x10.mx] space has returned after all the downtime and it has not been returned, now I have only a forum account when I login through the web page.
Please help me get my files back.

When was the last you saw your account online? When was this "downtime" you are referring to, and what server was your account located on? What was your cPanel username? And when was the last time you logged into the forum before yesterday when you posted this support request?
