Restore 30mb zipped?

Hello guys,

Before anything else I thank you for the service.
I open this ticket because I'd like to ask you few questions:

1. Can you help me with restoring a phpbb backup file, that weights around 31Mb compressed, to a subdomain?
2. Can you please tell me how many concurrent connections can I have with the basic (free) package? (I expect around 150-200 users online in the same time, can I do that with the basic?)
3. If you help me with the phpbb, can you tell me if I will be able to keep making backups and have complete control over them (backups) once I am on your server?

Not sure if distributing an OSX86 Installer passes the TOS.

But we won't do that. We are giving only info on text. No storage of anything whatsoever...
Btw, our site is down. any idea why?
