Need my ftp link and password sent to me please

For some reason i cannot log in to my cpanel from work....can some admin send me the address and password to my email....

isnt the password the same for cpanel, forum and ftp?

Yes. The ftp username and password is the same as your cPanel username and password. Your ftp host link is your website's url.
