How To Upload FrontPage Files

I have created a website in microsoft frontpage before I signed up with x10 hosting.
I have now created a 'web folder' with frontpage in which I have everything that I need (pictures, different web pages, etc.).
So on my computer, without the internet, I can easily view and follow links on my "webpage". Then to publish my site i followed following steps
1. In FrontPage, open PUBLISH WEB option from file menu
2. After clicking Publish Web I got message for typing the path of destination web server.

You are requested to tell me the path and other steps to successfully publish my site.

FrontPage isn't support here at x10hosting. Try to use ftp to upload your site instead.
