Well for your forums, I'm getting a 404 page not found error which either mean you don't have a forum up. Or you have given me the wrong link/dir..

But Yes I can acess your cpanels fine, So if it was somthing with the server then it looks like it's fixed.

nice site Teensideout, but one thing, when you register, the button says <b>Join our Community</b> so it looks like the bold tags didn't work..
