    Why cannot the cPanel be on a normal http port 80, 8080?

    Why cannot the cPanel be on a normal http port 80, 8080?

    is there a web file manager? coz i have no access to port 21 from work either LOL

    Because your website is on port 80. There is a web file manager on the cPanel port 2083. If that is blocked from your work, then you simply will have to wait until you get home to work on your website.
