No option to unsuspend after inactivity.

Hello,

My account was suspended due to not signing in to the forum.

I am unable to follow the steps listed in the FAQ at http://x10hosting.com/wiki/Suspensions

The issue is that I cannot "Click here to view suspension history and options," as no such link exists after I click the hosting button.

Also, when I attempt to open up a support request/ticket, I get the following message: "Support is currently closed for the server your hosting account is on (). Please visit our forums and read the news."

There is no Free Hosting Account linked to this Forum Account. If your hosting account was suspended for 14 days or more, it would have been deleted. No backups.

Oh. That's unfortunate. I had been telling everyone how pleased I am with X10 and the customer service.

Sorry, but unfortunately we have to try to remove old accounts so our servers are not filled with unused accounts.
Since your account is permanently deleted, feel free to create a new account and restore any backups you may have.
