Hello,

The resource limit is imposed on all free hosting accounts to ensure one account cannot monopolise an unfair amount of CPU time etc. Unfortunately there are no exceptions and if you are seeing the limit hit page then your account is using more than its fair share. You'll need to look at reducing your site's CPU usage as we cannot change the limit on your account.
