Unable to change domain name.

I have been trying to change the domain name on my account, but it has been saying "Process wait" for one hour, and I fear it may be stuck.

It can sometimes take a while for a domain change to get processed - 1 hour is not unheard of, and neither is 10. Come back after a day if it still isn't done and we can manually force it through.

It keeps having the error "B21BD693".

That should be a temporary error -- can you try again? If you still get that error let me know.

I just tried again and it succeeded within 15 seconds. No help needed anymore.
