instructions to transfer domain

Hello there,

I am new to this whole web hosting thing. I read that you guys will host one domain of mine for free. I was wondering how do i tell go daddy to point that domain to you guys? I tried looking on your website for instructions for name servers etc. but couldn't find anything. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
