not able able to login to cpanel

i recently created my account.... im not able to login to cpanel. Im tried both usernames....
ketaki / mystery_number_1@yahoo.com
and the password im using is
WebhostingPassword
The url im using to login is

Can you try logging into your x10hosting account panel using your email and password? https://x10hosting.com/control/

If you're able to log in, then there should be a yellow box in the upper right with 2 rows. One row will say 'Forum Account', the other will say 'Free Hosting'. In the 'Free Hosting' row, there will be a field that says 'username'. That will have you cpanel username - Verify that you're using the correct username.

If you are and you're not able to log in, then click on 'view details' then the button that says 'Login to cPanel' and you will be logged into your cPanel.

If there is no 'Free Hosting' row in this box, then you don't have a free hosting account.
