About LinkBacksHello, it appears that my website is offline and I am unable to connect to FTP because "Home directory is not available". It seems that all files have been wiped from my account. Is there somebody that can help with this? Thanks.

It appears that the connection between Starka and the SAN (Storage Area Network -- the equivalent of a huge hard drive) has been lost momentarily. (I'm on Starka as well, and I'm also receiving a 404 at the moment.) Your files should still be there once the connection is reestablished, and no, you haven't done anything wrong. It may take a little while to put things back together; please be patient.
