Files Missing

I tried to connect to my website through FTP.
As I connected, I got an error saying no directory was found.
I logged into the website and got to the file manager to realise every file I had on my website had been erased.

Is there an error? I had a lot of college work on that which I cannot lose. Please tell me where my work is.

Hello,

There seems to have been an issue where one of our servers was disconnected from the SAN. This issue has been resolved and all should be back in order with no file loss.
