All files have gone in Starka server

Hello,

My site is answering a 404 error and when I have connected to CPANEL I've seen that all files have disapeared.
I can't connect by FTP, and there is no error in http://status.x10hosting.com/

Are the files lost? must I recover from backup?

the connection between Starka and the SAN (Storage Area Network -- the equivalent of a huge hard drive) has been lost momentarily.
