cpanel login - Login Attempt Failed

Hi,
I can't log in cpanel to manage ma domain.
I got the same error message like described in subject. I tried to change a password first, and use any username of my account without success.

there is a problem?

Hello,

You can access your cPanel through the x10 account panel by logging in with your email address and password here: http://x10hosting.com/control

After logging in, there will be a yellow box in the upper right with two rows - One row will say Forum Account, the other will say Free Hosting. Click on 'View Details' in the Free Hosting row, then click on the button that says Login to cPanel

I follow your Instruction SJ.Wolfe but login have unsuccessful end.
In "Hosting Account Actions" Tab I have 2 reset password process in wait, naturally I tried to login with every combinations of user and password (first the same in Hosting yellow tab), but have the same problem: Login Attempt Failed..
Is there a user management problem of application?
How I can solve?

x10Hosting has just been successfully changed account panel password. Now I can log in with success. :D
