Hello,

I built a site with x10.bz and now it's inaccessible. Due to my notifications I believe this to be due to inactivity with posting on the forum.

However, I have recently upgraded to x10 premium and need the files for this account to be switched over to my new account. Can you please unlock this suspension so that I can have access to these files or let me know the best possible way to transfer these files now that I've signed up for a three year hosted account with you.

FYI: The premium account has a different username.
