I'm not able to log on to my control panel and update my website. I tried to log on with two different computers and web browsers. The first computer told me not to proceed for fear of being infected by a virus. The second computer opened a pop up window that never produced a web page. Please help!

Hi, you may be trying to connect via SSL, therefore, you will have to add an exception for the certificate. To tell if you're trying to use SSL, check the web URL. If it is https://SERVER.x10hosting.com:2083 or https://YOURSITE:2083 then you are using SSL. You can try using :2082 instead however.
