nameservers registering?

I recently have come back to x10hosting and I remember in the past just adding the name servers to my account and have them connect, but its been more then a day now and it is still not working. Did I perhaps do something wrong on my end?

I can see the "Welcome to x10Hosting!" message - please clear your cache and/or flush your dns if you don't.
