my domain changing requires lots of time

My account creation taken 4 days and now I am waiting for changing domain to my own domain. Why the process is so delayed.. The status still in open action is process wait. please help me..

What are you trying to change your main domain to? I can manually apply the change from my end but I need to know what to set it to.

OK, the domain change should be taking effect shortly. Your account management panel will still show your request as "process wait" even though it's already happened due to how the system works when we manually apply the change, you may safely ignore it.

You can upload the files whenever you want. There is only the one hosting account that you have.
