How to activate raw access logs

Because I had a resource limit exceeded and had stats showing a big peek at a given time in http cpu usage, I wanted to investigate this further. I thought I could try the raw access log from Cpanel, but I never got it to work.

I selected the logs to be archived every month, which it is doing, but it never contains any data.

On the settings page of the raw access log, I see under 'Please click the domain corresponding to the raw access log you wish to download:' nothing in the table, as if my domain isn't available here.

What can be wrong or is it not supported for free hosting?

Unfortunately, raw access logs aren't supported for free hosting due to the massive amount of accounts on each server -- enabling writing to a file on every web request would slow the servers down considerably.
