    The other two databases reported are PostgreSQL, but PostgreSQL is not enabled for Free Hosting. The problem is that there's no way to tell that to cPanel, so it reports 4 databases total. You only get the 2 MySQL databases, I'm afraid.

    And yes, the MySQL server is down for your web server at the moment. It should be fixed shortly. Please be patient.
