    Changing Domain name.

    Hello,
Thank you for the free hosting, it is really usefull.

I want to change the domain to sabornostrum.tk, also I updated 2 addon domains (also .tk) but it seems it is not under progress.

I used correct NS on all domains (double and triple checked) and they are already working and updated with you NS.

I just wanted to know why my domain change requests are not being processed (I know once processed it takes up to 72h to be updated, but it is not even processed).

    Thank you

    Hello,

Sorry about the long wait, this should be getting processed very soon.

    Re: Changing Domain name.

    Hello again,
The domain is now changed, thank you for that. However neither sabornostrum.tk, explicacoes.tk (addon dom.) or registo.tk (addon dom.) are wroking, now not even sabornostrum.co.cc is working so I have no domain at all...

What is wrong? I can wait 1 week, more if needed, but please reply to my requests with some sort of information, thats the least you can do.

I'm 100% sure that the domains are correctly configured (like it is told here: http://x10hosting.com/wiki/How_to_Use_Your_Own_Domain).

I do know this is a free service, but I think I deserve at least one bit of information regarding my problem.

I do not want to threaten you here (I do know that x10host is one of the best free hosting providers, if not the best) but if this is not solved I will be forced to migrate to another place.

One more time I request your time,

Thank you in advance, I will look forward for your awnser.

    Sincerly,
    A.Pinto

    Re: Changing Domain name.

Everything for these three domains is set up properly on our end, it is just not configured correctly on your end. You will need to log into the .tk site and set the nameservers for those three domains to:
    ns1.x10hosting.com and
    ns2.x10hosting.com
