cannot login to erpress.x10.mx

I am unable to login to erpress.x10.mx CPANEL ...i tried resetting the password several times...I however can log into the https://lotus.x10hosting.com:2083
request you to look into the issue

Sorry, but I don't understand. If you can login to https://lotus.x10hosting.com:2083 , then you've successfully logged into your cPanel. I don't exactly see what issue needs looked into here. Could you clarify?

I want to get to the public_html/www folder to edit the index.html file for erpress.x10.mx...
Here is what I am doing
i log into https://x10hosting.com/control/login.php using my username(email address) and password ...
I get to this page https://x10hosting.com/control/? on this page I click - 'View Details' link as under

I get to this page https://x10hosting.com/control/?hosting=&u=sevate ..Here when i click on the "Login to CPanel" button - I get to this page https://lotus.x10hosting.com:2083/lo...n_theme=cpanel
Here when i enter my Username: sevate and same password as above- I get "Login Attempt Failed" as shown in attached screenshot

Change or update your password in your account panel, which is x10hosting.com/control/login.php
Updating your password is just entering the current password for the old and new password. After it says that it's updated for all three accounts: account panel, forum, and cPanel, try clicking on the "Login to cPanel" button again. It should take you right into your cPanel without you have to enter your username and password.
