Domain change is taking a very long time

I had decided to change my free web domain from keybored.x10.mx to keybored.co.cc last night. It's been over 8 hours now. http://keybored.x10.mx brings up an error page for x10Hosting. http://keybored.co.cc brings up a mostly blank yellow page saying "This domain is available". Is it normal for it to take this long for a domain change and I'm just being impatient, do I need to do something to confirm the move, or has something screwed up somewhere?

It now says that http://keybored.x10.mx is not being used as a domain name, but my site still does not appear at http://keybored.co.cc.
