How do i turn the forums on, because i tryed everything, and it wont turn on

Could you clarify by what you mean by "turn the forums on"? Did you disable your forums and can't re-enable it? Or is it that your site's index file is still the x10hosting welcome page as the default index.html, and you need to redirect it to your forums site? Please be more specific and give more details about what you are trying to do.
