Cant upload or overwrite files. FTP wont login either now?

I never had any issues until today. Its saying the disk is full on the FTP. However my account shows i only used a sliver of my available space. I have an important site update to make but I cant. I even tried the file manager in the CP.

Any assistance is appreciated. I really love X10!!
