Website Problem

When trying to browse to my website I get a server error that tells me to wait and create a support request. Well, I've waited about 5 hours, so I'm contacting you about it. I've transfered my existing site including the sql.

Please clear your cache and/or flush your dns.

Thanks for the reply, but this problem occurs on different machines on different networks. The index is showing up in both public_html and www, so this should be correct.
