I'm in the cPanel File Manager v3 and I would like to know how to make my mii.x10.mx site have some pages with basic html. Please help. I'm guessing I make the html files on my computer then upload them to home/justpick/public_html and each html file i upload counts as a different page?

That's about it, yes. Just remember to name the page you want as your home page "index.html" so it will open automatically when you go to your address (anything else needs to use the filename).
