Help with changing Main Domain and Subdomain

I need to change my Main Domain from "support.totemangel.com" to just "totemangel.com", but I get an error say that my domain is already in use. I suspect the problem is because my Subdomain is currently set to "tincan.totemangel.com". I want to remove my Subdomain setting. Please advise.

Nevermind, I figured out the problem myself. I don't know why but sometimes the "Sub Domain" in the X10hosting Account Panel (not cPanel) is bugged. It will list a subdomain that doesn't exist, or has already been removed. My solution was to go into cPanel and recreate the same subdomain, and delete it once more.
