cPanel Site certificate issue

Hi
I am a user of x10 free hosting service. My account details:

• Package: adfree-infinity
• Hosting Server: lotus

When I try to acccess my control panel from the following link:
https://lotus.x10hosting.com:2083/
the browser is warning me that the identity of the website cannot be verified and that the certificate of the server cannot be trusted. IE9 is recommending that I close the website instead of continuing. The same applies for chrome. This link was send to my mail after I created and verified my account.
Please let me know what is the issue and how it can be resolved. Hoping to get a reply soon.

The issue is caused by the Windows Certificate store not trusting the Certificate Authority we use in all it's versions. You need to manually confirm the security exception.

Thank you very much for the immediate response. I wanted to confirm that the link was authentic. I will add the exception from now on.
