cannot access website

Hello,

I'm a newbie who cannot access my website deltacharlie.org. The domain name seems to be setup properly and I was able to upload my simple index.html for testing into the public_html folder.

Your domain doesn't seem to be registered anywhere. Where did you buy this domain?

I found/followed the instructions for registering a domain for free. I went to the co.cc site to register it but had to change it from deltacharlie.org to deltacharlieband.co.cc. When I now go to the site I get an error message but at least the site has been found. I did see some messages about having to wait 48 hrs before things take affect so I'll try again then and let you know.
