my hosting account redstarsocial.x10.bz has been banned,i have tryed to remove it from my cloudflare account but i get the following error"redstarsocial.x10.bz DNS is hosted by x10Hosting. You can deactivate or disable CloudFlare through the x10Hosting website"please can someone disable it for me
