Hello,
My name is Josh and I have been hosting my website from your servers for the past few months now and I received a suspension warning when I had logged in a few minutes ago. It says that my accounts are suspended, but the account management panel says both accounts are active. What is going on and why is it doing this?

Might have been an email that was queued to go out when you got suspended for inactivity a month ago that just seems to have been sent, or some other sort of error. You may safely ignore it as your account is not suspended.

Your account is not currently suspended. Put the warning down to a system glitch (or if you have been suspended at any time in the past, it might have been a cache failure in your browser; if that's the case, it may be time to clear your cache, since that usually only happens when the cache gets big enough to make searching sloppy). If it happens again, post back.
