cPanel account info: php parse error

(Before you ask, yes, I have seen this thread. And no, this is not about that issue exactly.)

I just logged into cPanel today to see this error in my info bar on the left. When I clicked on the text that said there was a fatal error or timeout, this text came up:
    Code:

I'm assuming it has to do with the private network issue that x10hosting is having. However, there is always the possibility that it is something else. Would someone verify which it is, and, if needed, what I should do? Thanks.

EDIT: It still has the error, and now apparently /public_html/index.html is gone. It still shows up in cPanel File Manager, but Windows Explorer's FTP says otherwise.
