Simple question, need to know if drawings are considered pornography over here.

Yes. The "graphy" part of the word is about drawing and writing; if anything, one should ask if optical imaging qualifies as pornography.

The legal definition makes a distinction between "redeeming qualities" and "prurient interest"; anything that qualifies as "adult content" by American community standards (including, but not restricted to, pornography) is forbidden on Free Hosting.

I should make a quick note, if it's considered "art" it's not against the TOS (this was a clarification I got from the CEO in the past), however the definition of Art is very vague even in US Law. "When in doubt, don't" is probably the safest mantra to follow in this situation, especially as one person could take a picture and consider it art while someone else immediately deems it porn.

Recalling recent events it took a mere 34 complaints in the UK to get the latest Duke Nukem advert pulled from TV in the UK and the makers tied up in court for months whilst the advertising standards folks debated each frame because of pornographic scenes.

Closer to the home for american webmasters and probably a fine example of how blurred the lines are is the ongoing
"is it art or porn" fracas between San Francisco based Wikipedia and the law enforcement authorities over an album cover that's now thirty-five years old.
