My domain is not yet UP

My domain webmailservice.elementfx.com is not yet up and I got this message.

"Server Error
There has been a server error. Please try again momentarily.

If the issue persists, create a support ticket."

How many hours should it be propagate or the web will be up and live?

It takes up to 15 minutes to start working on the server itself and up to 48 hours after that for DNS changes to propagate.
