I could not connect to the database since my account has been suspended

pls help me my account has been suspended but now its okay i have unsuspended it, but since then i could not connect to my database. My site is down and when i tried to access phpmyadmin to export the database i couldnt log in...pls tell me how long is this problem beacuse my project is hosted here in my account and tommorow will be probably presenting it to our instructor. Im worried right now.Im hoping that this problem will be fixed soon. Sorry for my english

Your account is not suspended. You also should not be getting asked to login to phpmyadmin. Please try resetting or changing your password in your account panel. https://x10hosting.com/control/login.php After the change is completed, please try to click on phpmyadmin again. It shouldn't ask for a login.

thanks calistoy, im able to login to phpmyadmin by updating my password but still i couldnt connect to the database. My site is still down http://csdbulletin.co.cc.
