My hosting account has been cancelled due to inactivity and I would like to reactivate it.

Unfortunately, when an account is automatically deleted for not resolving a suspension, then it's permanently gone. There's nothing existing to reactivate. You'll need to login to your account panel first, and then go sign up for a new hosting account. https://x10hosting.com/control/login.php That way, the new hosting account will be connected to your current forum account and email.
