    It depends on the site itself, whether it is a forum, blog, or anything similar.
    For a forum, I would guess about ~20MB. For a blog, I would guess about ~40MB. For a mediawiki, I would guess about ~60MB.

    I am unsure what you mean by 'recommended' - could you clarify?
