LOTUS: No disk space (nothing uploaded yet - brand new ahostccount)
Hello
I'm having the following problem when trying to upload my files:
Answer: 227 Entering Passive Mode (184,154,58,130,144,1)
Command: STOR _balcoes.php
Answer: 552 Disk full - please upload later
And, in my account details, I have:
Main Domain magicdives.x10.bz Home Directory /home/magicdiv Last login from xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx Disk Space Usage 0.01 / 512 MB
Can you please help?

The 552 message means that the server's disk is full -- it's not your account reaching a limit or anything. It's a problem that happens once in a while because of error logs, temp files (and, sometimes, other users abusing the server). Please be patient -- it takes a little while to clean out the junk.
