If you mean like a proxy, then no. It's clearly forbidden as outlined in the TOS that you agreed to upon sign up.

I don't believe you'll be able to connect to that database then; to the best of my knowledge there's no TOS-Abiding way to start a VPN connection on the server to the other server.
